AGE Styling warrants all new products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 (one) Year and all used products for a period of ninety (90) days. Warranty time is counted from the day of purchase. The warranty is a guarantee from AGE Styling that all defective products will be replaced or repaired free of charge. If a defect arises and a valid claim with photo is received by AGE Styling within the Warranty Period, at its option, AGE Styling will repair the Product or exchange the Product with a functionally equivalent new product. AGE Styling warrants replaced or repaired Product provided hereunder against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of the replacement or repair for ninety (90) days or, if longer, for the remainder of the Warranty Period.
Warranty applies only to the normal use of the product, normal wear and tear excepted, in accordance with written use instructions, if any are provided with the product. Our warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the Product.
Warranty exceptions:
- Normal wear and tear of product use is not covered.
- Due to the natural character inherent to leather, variations such as blemishes, grain and color are not covered.
- Products that have been altered or modified are not covered, including those changes made due to improper or unauthorized repair.
Consumer Protection
For consumers who have the benefit of consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, that cannot be disclaimed as set forth above ("consumer laws"), the benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer laws. To the extent that liability under such consumer laws may be limited, AGE Styling's liability is limited, at its sole option, to replacement or repair of the product.
Obtaining warranty service
We ship worldwide and offer two delivery options for all our products. Buyers can choose between standard and express delivery on checkout.
Standard delivery option is carried out by FedEx Expedited service and takes approx. 1 week. For small items that weighs up to 2 lb (1.0kg) standard delivery is carried out by recorded postal service and usually takes 1-3 weeks depending on buyer's location1. Express delivery takes 1-2 days2 and is carried out by FedEx. All shipped products are insured, require signature and for this reason can't be delivered to p.o. boxes.
Please be informed that shipping fees indicated on checkout can be subject to additional charges for postal codes located in remote areas.
Estimated tax visible after adding the product to cart is valid for EU buyers only and is deleted for all non-European buyers after entering the delivery address.
Products purchased from- and dispatched outside of the European Union could be subject to customs and duty fees. We do not collect, nor do we manage these fees, they are buyer's responsibility. The tax added on checkout is VAT3.
