I ordered a steering wheel advertised as a "Genuine OEM Audi RS4 B5 Quattro GmbH steering wheel trimmed in genuine suede Alcantara®" with part number 8D0-419-091-AC-1ET, also described as dealer old stock.
However, I received a wheel with part number 8D0-419-091-AB-2A8. This part number corresponds to an original leather steering wheel that appears to have been reupholstered in Alcantara.
I specifically purchased this item because it was listed as the original OEM Alcantara wheel with the AC-1ET part number. For collectors and RS4 enthusiasts, the difference between a factory-produced Alcantara wheel and a reupholstered leather wheel is significant in terms of authenticity, rarity, and value.
I have contacted the seller and hope the listing will be corrected or the issue resolved, but buyers who care about OEM originality should be aware and verify part numbers carefully.

The horn plate, which contains the part # sticker, was replaced for reasons unknown. This wheel either came without a horn plate or it was compromised in some manner. These wheels are uncommon and quite difficult to find. We could have postponed dispatch by ordering a horn plate with the correct sticker, but that would have delayed the shipment of your order by 3-4 weeks, which we wanted to avoid.
If you are still interested in swapping the horn plate with the correct part # label, please return your horn plate to us, and we will replace it free of charge.

The missing piece to my 3-spoke steering wheel conversion for my 2010 A6 Avant (USA Delivery C6 4F platform, rare in these parts). Parts department at Audi Flatirons was useless and kept trying to sell me the airbag for the 4-spoke wheel the vehicle came with. So glad I found these guys and could source a 3-spoke airbag for an Sline wheel I purchased elsewhere. All electrical connections matched, paddle shifters and other functions work as they should. No airbag or other lights on after the swap, no coding needed. Goodby crappy 4-spoke wheel and associated airbag.
